05/11/2009 After an extensive public beta test phase OS3 is ready to roll. The new operating system for the entire Virus TI product line introduces new and existing effects such as additional distortion types, a tape delay and last but not least a ring shifter.

The new version is recommended for every user and can be downloaded free of charge as of today.

We also launched the next public beta cycle for OS version 3.0.2 which will focus on stability and performance. The new OS version is available for public testing today.

wollt ich auch grad posten, warst wieder schneller ;-)
update gilt übrigens auch für die nutzer des vorus TI "version 1" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

jo...nur ein problem gibts wie ich aus dem inoffiziellem Forum www.infekted.org/ entnehmen konnte

in cubase wird sidechaining noch immer nicht unterstützt, sprich man kann den virus USB Input leider nicht nutzen um den virus als effecktgerät zu nutzen

dies muss jedoch steinberg auf seine kappe nehmen, da sidechaining für VST Instrumente nicht unterstützt wird, auch nicht in Cubase 5

als lösung bleibt also nur dafür die analog inputs zu nutzen (umständlich) oder Ableton Live zu nutzen, siehe beispiel oben

jeder der auch einen access virus hat und cubase nutzt bitte mal hier reinschaun bei dem poll voten und reinposten!

Mittlerweile hat auch endlich Steinberg davon Kenntniss genommen, das ihr Sequenzer der einzige ist welcher kein sidechain für vsti instrumente hat

feine sache hier für mehr outs

In this video is showed how to:
a) have indipendent usb mono outs
b) use analog outs together with usb outs
c) use the analog outs as mono outs

The setup allows up to 12 indipendent outs from the virusTI: 6 mono usb and 6 mono analogs.
In the video i stop at 2 stereo usb, 2 mono usb, 1 stereo analog and 2 mono analog (all of them at the same time).
