I'm not gonna write a never ending review except to say the 'Brit Pack' of Glenn Wilson, Dean Rodell and Alex Calver impressed the hell out of me!

Glenn's live set was awesome, hot production/tight sound, wicked tunes.
Rodell stepped it up a level with his dirty heavy sound. Quote form Alex Calver "Dean is the 'Ed Rush & Optical' of techno", fair comment.
Alex himself has more turntable/mixing skills than most DJ's I've seen. Constantly cutting up and mixing his tunes with style, tight as hell and driving the people nuts.

hey there,

been at this one too of course and heres my short review.

the psy floor was filled with people as expected, nice decoration btw. the techno floor proved once again that innsbruck sucks major dick regarding techno lineups. glenn wilson, dean rodell, alex calver, what can you say, some of uk's finest acts, and only a bunch of people showing up. i really feel sorry for the promoters (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) i really did expect the hafen would burst in parts because of that lineup...
anyway, the sound&light system was fine and the whole hades was covered in black cloth, nice atmosphere definitely. the crowd enjoyed the music so overally this party was a good one for sure.

personally i was a bit disappointed about glenn wilson, i expected him to be a little bit harder as i know him from numerous vinyls i've got at home. too bad another fine artist getting softer (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) apart from that his set was quality like you'd expect it :=)

alex calver in the morning then was what i waited for all night long (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) : pretty hard techno and i couldn't resist and dance 2 hours straight. hell yeah, he banged the shit out of me (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . it's been a long time since i've went home sweat-wet in innsbruck, so thats a big THANK YOU to anima & subdivision for that.

Turn out on the techno floor is what we expected for our first event, even with a heavyweight line up like that. The 100-150 people on the techno floor were going for it from start to finish so we were really happy 'cos the people there appreciated what they were hearing and had a good time :-)

nice party amusement (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) just have been there for about 3 hours (?) but it was awesome and nice, to listen again to banging and hard ones (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ivèd met some nice hombres again and had a nice time @ hades...

ok... spät aber doch auch ein kurzes review von "offizieller" seite (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

als erstes möchten wir die herausragende stimmung unter den partygästen erwähnen! der psy-floor war voll und rockte von anfang bis ende
am techno-floor kam die sache etwas langsamer in gange aber ab ca. halb zwei gings richtig gut ab und die, die da waren blieben und zappelten bis zum schluss!!

als zweites möchten wir ein paar worte an die crew richten:
licht und visuals am techno-floor wurden von martin und stefan gemanaget... fettes danke an euch: ihr habt die perfekte visuelle umsetzung zur musik ermöglicht!
danke an die fleißigen helfer beim aufbau - und die freundliche unterstützung beim ausleih verschiedenster utensilien (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
das gleiche gilt für die psy-leute: danke für die vielen kleinigkeiten zur deko und beim aufbau!!

zum schluss ein paar worte zu den dj´s und acts:
techno floor: die "local supporters" haben ihre sache super gemacht und den perfekten rahmen für die nacht geschaffen.
unsere "englische crew" glenn, dean und alex waren alle drei erstaunlich und auf ihre persönliche art und weise einzigartig und genial!! der floor hat gerockt!! thanks to you for doing that party with us!
psy floor: alle jungs haben denken wir die stimmung zu dem gemacht, was auf der party zu spüren war: es war dunkel, gespaced, schräg, fordernd und treibend... danke an euch alle!

wir als veranstalter können als resümee folgendes sagen: mit viel herz, einsatz und ohne scheu vor arbeit, kosten und mühen kann eine besondere nacht entstehen... wir haben uns bemüht als erste gemeinsame veranstaltung von subdivision und anima music so viel wie möglich von dem umzusetzen, was uns in moment möglich war. das konnten wir durch den einsatz der helfer, der acts und unserer energien -- (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/thumbs-up.gif) es hat sich ausgezahlt und die ideen für zukünftige events sind bereits im entstehen...

danke auch an die partygäste fürs dasein und mit uns genießen! see you soon!
