OLIVER HO
Along with other DJ/producers like James Ruskin and Surgeon, Oliver Ho is one of the most talented artists to have emerged during the mid-'90s in England's hard techno scene. His style of techno is similar to that of his other U.K. hard techno peers like Ruskin, Surgeon, Regis, and Ben Sims — fast, minimal, percussive, tribal, and somewhere between Drumcode-style Swedish techno, Tresor-style Berlin techno, and Axis-style Detroit techno. After being exposed to early-'90s Warp recordings by artists such as Aphex Twin, Ho began creating electronic music. Ruskin happened to be starting his own label, Blueprint, and asked Ho to contribute some of his tracks. By 1997, Ho had already established himself as one of the global techno scene's more accomplished producers as other big-name labels like Drumcode (Sweden) and Surface (France) also began releasing his records. It was then that Ho decided to start his own label, Meta. Later Ho decided to start another label in 1999, Light and Dark. Then, in 2000, Ho released his first full-length CD on Meta, Listening to the Voice Inside, which helped him cross over to the non-DJ crowd.

JAMES RUSKIN
Growing up in London, James Ruskin comes from a background that first put him in touch with hip hop and electro and later with the emerging Detroit techno scenes. This inspired him to become a dj in ’91 and venture into production. It wasn’t until ’96 though that he developed his own sound by building his own studio and starting Blueprint Records - the home of his first true record -First Contact- under the name of Outline. He also found a powerful connection with Oliver Ho with whom he made the second release on the label and still continues to work. As the reputation of Blueprint grew stronger, he delivered his first solo releases and appeared also elsewhere as a remixer and co-producer. It was his debut-album -Further Design- that propelled his status as one of the UK techno scene leading lights.

SPACE DJZ
The Space DJz are Ben Long and Jamie Bissmire. As youngsters, the two friends were into graffiti, skateboarding, BMXes, and breakdancing to early hip hop and electro. This B Boy attitude and the discovery of Detroit techno eventually inspired them to enter the studio and experiment with breakbeats and techno. The friends started making music together seven years ago and since then their sound has mutated into a fusion of no holds barred techno, electro, hip hop and breakbeats. Their live extravaganza sees them manipulating four turntables, two mixers and a 909 drum machine with dynamic turntable skills which result in an aural explosion of beats, scratching and turbo funk. They describe their style as "Fatt, Funky, Far out and Full of Flavour." Individually they have also had very successful production careers. Ben has his own cutting edge label "Potential" and Jamie also has his own highly sought after label "Ground". Both of these labels were set up to serve as an outlet for their solo material but they have featured the remix talents of some of techno's finest producers. Potential has hosted reworks from The Advent, Chris McCormick, Oliver Ho, Indigo Kennedy, Gaetek, Umek and Ade Fenton while "Ground" has shown the talents of Chris McCormick and Claude Young. Their debut album "On Patrol" is a finely crafted hybrid of different styles which manages to encompass the varied influences and backgrounds of the individuals behind it.

DJ BAM BAM
Known for his unique blend of turntable tactics and studio precision, Chicago’s playboy of hard jackin’ beats has been using his mastery to dominate the Hard House/Techno community across the globe for 12 years strong. Bam Bam’s production résumé includes 6 legal DJ mixed compilations and appearances on over 50 vinyl releases; amounting to a combined total of well over 100,000 sales worldwide.
Emerging on the international electronic scene at the early age of 18, Bam Bam immediately began setting the pace for Techno and Hard House producers throughout the US and Europe. In 1997 UC Music signed Bam Bam to an exclusive contract enabling him to release five fully licensed CD mix compilations. While putting his name on numerous vinyl releases, exclusive remix projects, and working with high profile artists like Bad Boy Bill and Frankie Bones; Bam Bam became a strong accessory to the stronghold UC Music had in the late 90’s. With fellow UC artist Alex Peace, this turntablist set out to create the most aggressive 4 turntable act in music history and 420 was born. Bam Bam’s natural ability in the studio has become indisputable and has earned him numerous offers from elite producers and DJs worldwide. In addition to these collaborative projects, Bam Bam has done numerous remixes for artists like DJ Rush, Miss Djax, house legend Kevin Irving, Jamie Bissmire, and Paul Langley, to name a few. Proving he is a force to be reckoned with, Bam Bam launched Bass Heavy Music IN 2002, giving him the ability to engineer the most influential music being released in the industry today. Whether it’s DJ’ing in front of thousands or producing hits in the studio, our big brother of bangin’ beats will continue to be heard and embraced by many all over the world, for years and years to come.

PAUL LANGLEY
He started djing in 1985 playing Hip-Hop/Soul and mixed his way into the DMC mixing championships in 1988. In late 1988 he started buying House/Techno records and moved into the new Acid house scene. He finally got into techno in 1993 when going to his first Lost party, this was a major turning point for him musically. He co-ran a weekly club night in Leicester Square, London in 94 called Iconelastic then started playing a weekly radio show on London's infamous Chillin' FM 102.9.. and also done various guest mixes on www.netmix.com/www.dj-sets.com. He hooked up with DJ Rush in 1997 who had heard a mix tape of Paul and wanted him to play alongside him at Berlin's Love Parade weekend and then the following week at Wuppertal's U-Club. It was at this point Paul bought his first pieces of studio equipment and later opened his own label called Jackstar Recordings.

ROBERT NATUS
Robert Natus (aka Pneumatik, Brainshaker, …), was born in the north of Germany. During the last few years he surprised his audience again and again with fresh, innovative and varied EP´s on leading multinational techno labels like 4x4, Compound, Planet Rhythm, Highball-Music, Construct Rhythm, Holzplatten, Subsounds… Quote: "I am bored to do, or rather listen always the same things.” Therefore it’s quite impossible to be prejudiced against Mr.Natus. He always moves beyond any stereotyped cliché and proves that techno can be performed in many different ways. Appearances on various compilations took Mr.Natus closer to the audience, before he was able to play his famous DJ Sets around the world. In the meantime Robert can define himself in the international music market with his own labels Bitshift and Systemcalls. With over 100 releases and collaborations with big names like DJ Rush, Glenn Wilson, the Libeartor Brothers and many more, one can say Mr.Natus will have a successful future. After the hitsingle "Robert Natus & Arkus P. - Hardcore Salsa" successfuly entered the official German single charts, Robert took a little timeout from producing. But not for long: Early in 2005 the follow up "Hermoso" (again with Arkus P.)was released, briefly followed by his first co-operation with DJ Rush "For the Kidz" which has been released on Robert´s label "Bitshift".

SVEN WITTEKIND
Sven has expressed an interest in music as a child, when he and a friend began to experiment with producing. Later he bought his own equipment and started making trance music. When he visited U50311 in Frankurt, he got inspired by harder ‘schranz techno’ and completely devoted himself to it. Today this young man is an owner of two labels: Inflicted Records and Toolterror Records. His material can also be found on other labels, such as Bitshift, Kne'Deep, Artillery and others. Together with Robert Natus they have released a number of joint projects.

MARSHALL JEFFERSON
There are a handful of men who have the title of "Godfather" of House. While many have legitimate claims to the title because of seniority and being there at the beginning, Marshall stands out from the crowd as being the one that defined House music. In 1986 he played piano on a House record for the first time ever. The idea was so innovative that record companies told him that it wasn't even house music. That record was the platinum "House Music Anthem". In 1987 he produced the first ever "Acid House" record "Acid Tracks" using the TB 303, and simultaneously launching the successful career of DJ Pierre. Also, he produced the first House record incorporating old tome soulful spiritual vocals, launching the successful careers of Ten City, Kim Mazelle and Ce Ce Rogers. All those early songs are blueprints for what we recognize today as Deep House, Garage and Techno music. The TB 303 is now the most sought after instrument for Techno artists and producers today. It seems like almost every song Marshall produced turned into another form of music, which Marshall regrets, as he just wanted his songs to sound different from each other. The list of careers that Marshall has helped or launched reads like a who's who of dance music; Roy Davis Jr, Felix Da Housecat, Lil Louis, Frankie Knuckles, Steve "Silk" Hurley, and many others. He is far and away the most covered songwriter in dance music today, with his back catalogue containing more than one hundred covers and sample licenses. This is because Marshall's forte has always been essentially groove-oriented. He is one of the biggest DJs to come out of Chicago having played at every major club/event across Europe. Finally when we look at the House music spectrum in all its mutated forms from Deep House, Garage, Techno and Acid through the years, you can be sure he has contributed or influenced all of them!

TERRY LEE BROWN JR.
For years he has been considered as a member of the international elite of House producers, and like no other, he has developed the subgenre Tech-House. In the USA and England his first two albums became successes of note and the media got a surprise when they found out Mr. Brown is actually a German. Terry Lee Brown Jr, alias Norman Feller, began DJing in 1989 and soon thereafter released his first tracks on vinyl under various pseudonyms. Plastic City, which was at the time still a very young label, offered Terry an outlet for his music and he has stayed true to this label ever since. After the success of his first 12" releases came his debut Album Brother For Real in spring of 1996. This release was a true milestone for Tech-House and incorporated elements of Jungle, Trance and Easy Listening. The public response to Brother For Real was gigantic, and not limited to scenesters. Marshall Jefferson, the Chicago House legend, honored Terry in an album review by simply stating "He is God" (Raveline 11/1996). In fall of 1997 Terry's second album Chocolate Chords garnered further praise and matched the success of Bother For Real. Terry Lee Brown Jr. is not only a respected producer, but also a much sought-after DJ. This side of the artist is apparent when one listens to the compilation series Terry's Café. These mixed CDs once again found resonance in the music press and received rave reviews from Muzik, Urb, XLR8R and other national and international magazines. But the story doesn't end there. Remixes from TLB Jr. of such artists as Gabrielle (Rise), Nalin & Kane (Talkin' About), Louise (Let's Go Round Again), Paul Van Dyk (For An Angel), Paris Red (Love Hurts), and Future Funk (Music Takes You High) secured his reputation as a true Remix-Artist. Today Terry Lee Brown Junior is one of the most happening and respected House Artists around. This is probably due to the passion and love he invests in his uncompromising productions and mix sets.
