New York based Saw Recordings next album release looks to be a corker. One of the biggest producers in progressive, Chab follows up his Vinyl resale of ‘Closer To Me’ (Read RA Review here) with his 10 track artist album. 'Dubs Edits & Whisky-Coke' releases on CD and triple pack vinyl on March 7th.

ich hab mir die ganze sache jetzt einige male durchgehört und nach einigem hin- und her die vinyl-edition bestellt.

vom alten, teilweise etwas flotteren und treibenden chab sound ist auf diesem album nichts mehr übrig (für meinen aktuellen geschmack ist das durchwegs als vorteil zu sehen).

überraschend viele nummern haben vocals - der sound der ist durchwegs deep und groovig aber eher gemütliche warmupnummern - ein richtiger dancefloorkiller ist nicht wirklich am start.

alles in allem ist das album gut gelungen und auf jeden fall einen kauf wert.
