ich finds äußerst witzig, wie dieses pseudo-philosophische, über-coole getue, das zur zeit um ricardo, richie und die berlin posse zur lebensphilosphie erhoben wird, verarscht wird...

Magda: Well, Berthold Brecht said that. Does he mean that if things arent the way they were then they might be something else?

Richie: No Magda, I think he means we should use these laptops and ipods to make minimal sounds.

Ricardo: Hey Magda, Richie, whats going on?

Magda: Hey Ricardo, we're just talking about Berthold Brecht. Do you know that he said: "Because things are the way they are, they will not stay the way they are"??

Ricardo: wow! what a minimal coincidence! I just bought you both a t-shirt with "Because things are the way they are, they will not stay the way they are" written all over it!!!

Richie: well what do you know! son of a gun - how fucking cool is it to be in Berlin?

Ricardo: who the fuck are these losers who write this shit? Do they even buy my records I wonder?

Richie: Who knows? I just took a look and some of it is pretty close to the bone dude. I mean it says here that Magda makes the tea. Ha! Who needs tea when you are engaged in a dialectical discussion under a muted blanket of sunshine among the perpetually bleak environs of the dystopia that we inhabit. Well when I say inhabit I mean in the existential manner. We don’t wish to own anything, rather we enter into relationships with the objects around us, coming out of our bodies and pushing ourselves out of ourselves and our machines, distending our minds and thought processes and hopefully at the end of the day, or by afternoon tea time at least, coming out with some pretty cool shit to release on our record label.
